We share with you our next Adult Mental Health First Aid training on Wednesday, December 15 at 10:00a.m.–4:00p.m. There is a short self-paced portion to be completed prior to the live Zoom training which begins at 10:00 A.M. and includes a lunch break.

This course is valued at $170 but is FREE thanks to funding from a USDA FRSAN grant.

What you will learn:

  • How to identify warning signs
  • How to provide support to someone dealing with a mental health crisis
  • Where to find resources when someone needs help

While this training is geared toward supporting our Ag community. This training is beneficial for anyone to take that interacts with other adults. As the holidays are approaching, and we all are all starting to see are family on a more regular basis. We hope that you will consider taking this training so that you can better support your family and friends during what sometimes can be a very stressful or emotional time.
